By purchasing from our website you agree to the terms of our Return/Exchange agreement and Shipping/Delivery information. Baewear will exchange an item in the case of our error for store credit or the correct item if available, otherwise no returns or exchanges are accepted. Before sending the item back, you must contact us within 48 hours of reciept. Packages sent without first emailing us will not be accepted. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached.
Due to each item being individually made to order, delivery times vary widely. We cannot give a guarantee of delivery times or estimates, but we will give you the status of your order or tracking information if you contact us via email. Baewear is not responsible for packages that are returned to us, or lost during shipment due to an issue with shipping address information.
